Avoid this company at all costs . Extremely unprofessional and rude . They overcharged us , misled us and to top it off forgot to renew a policy despite a direct written request to do so . They refused to issue our refund after we cancelled our policy and then resorted to insults and refusing to communicate with us . Definitely not the type of people that you want being responsible for safeguarding your business and assets . We switched to Geico and I am happy to never have to deal with State Farm after this experience .
